Legislation advice
CV Recruitment know the importance of keeping up date with the latest Employment Legalisations for Temporary Workers and work with the REC to ensure regular and accurate updates are available.

The current National Minimum Wage entitlements for Workers aged:

  • 21 years and over is £5.93 per hour
  • 18 - 20 years is £4.92 per hour
  • 16 - 17 years is £3.64 per hour

The Statutory Holiday Entitlement for Temporary Workers:

  • 28 days per year entitlement accrued from day one of working
